"Diana is a wonderful vocal coach and her approach is based on a holistic approach to speech and singing that encompasses the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the whole person to bring about a complete transformation. I went to see Diana due to chronic hoarseness and recurrent bouts of laryngitis, as well as muscle tension in my neck. My job requires me to speak and do presentations all day long and by the end of each day, I would have a sore throat and be completely hoarse. In just a few short weeks Diana taught me how to stop relying on my throat muscles and how to stop straining my voice. I can now make it through an entire day without losing my voice which is an incredible relief! (I've even discovered that I have a pretty decent singing voice too!) For anyone struggling with voice problems - whether speaking or singing - I strongly encourage you to make the investment in yourself and go see Diana. There's no need to risk surgery or medication when you can instead learn a completely natural way of speaking that will preserve your voice for years to come.""The Royans Institute for Non-Surgical Voice Repair has repaired my voice beyond my wildest dreams. For 40 years, after surgery to remove a nodule on my vocal cords, I have struggled with a hoarse raspy voice and frequent laryngitis. After retirement from a very busy job in public service, I wanted to join a women's chorus however, I knew I needed help. First, Diana worked with me to "place my voice" such that I was using my cheeks and face muscles. After dedicated learning on my part and care, expertise and effort on her part we were able to fix my speaking voice. I was thrilled -- and my friends and family were so surprised. Now we are using similar techniques to improve my singing voice and prevent the sort of damage that I inflicted on my vocal apparatus so long ago. I do not hesitate to recommend the Royans Institute to those in need of voice repair-- miracles can and do happen!"

The Royans Professional Vocal School (a.k.a, The Royans School for the Musical Performing Arts) was founded in 1984 by my partner Ted Kowalczyk & myself. Prior to that, Ted and I performed as a duo around the Toronto area which was called Toronto Mini Caravan. Both of us were involved in multicultural events and had been highly profiled on multicultural radio and TV stations as well as performing at numerous CHIN Picnics. In 1983, a Veteran Toronto Polish musician named Stephan Pavliak incidentally overheard me playing piano and singing some Russian romances while I was awaiting in the lobby of the Academy of Music (where I worked as a piano and singing instructor) for my student’s arrival. He approached me, commending me on my talent and offered to help me out (along with my partner Ted) to open a music school which he thought I could successfully carry for many years to come. As of today, the school exists for almost 34 consecutive years. Unfortunately, my partner had passed away

A lot of you are most likely familiar with the show that is titled “Hudson & Rex”. In our opinion, it is a very smart and intelligent show (truly Canadian), which possesses a lot of subtle humour… One of the episodes, as usual, about some crime taking place, was about the woman who wrote the book about her own invented diet named “Say No to Potato”...? She ended up starving herself to death while documenting her own wedding… By the end of the investigation of what exactly happened, Detective Charlie Hudson was handed that very book, and yes, it was indeed named “Say No to Potato”. I found it extremely funny, but, nevertheless, quite to the point… In this case, concerning the human speaking and/or singing voice, I would like you to state; “Say No to Digital, Old-Fashioned Conventional Vocal Coaching, Let Alone Some Spoof of the Voice Repair” - that is if you do not want to damage or lose your voice for good. “Say Yes to Unique, Natural, Holistic, Alternative Voice/Vocal Coaching
